Meet PossiblHi! I'm Nyssa Waters. I keynote on AI and growth, run private workshops for boards and leadership teams, and lead Possibl, an AI consulting and services group.
I also co-founded RCRT, the orchestration and context runtime underneath it all. Twenty years in enterprise technology, most recently at Google Cloud, before the wild world of being a founder.

Visit rcrt.cloud§ A point of view
The positions behind the work, the talks and the occasional good argument.
The biggest opportunity is not doing the same work with fewer people. It is creating new value, new services and better customer experiences.
Useful AI needs sound architecture, clear context, strong security and accountable people. The scaffolding matters.
Advice should come from people who understand your business, not from someone with a model to sell.
People should not have to learn a dozen disconnected tools. The interface should meet them where the work already happens.
Models will change. Build the orchestration, context and governance that lets your organisation change with them.
Give repetitive machine work to machines, then give people more room for judgement, relationships and imagination.
