Founder · Operator · Speaker

Twenty years in the room. Now I tell the truth about it.

I do the work and talk about the work, usually in the same week.

That keeps the ideas honest. It also means I know the distance between a compelling keynote and a useful decision.

§ The story

From enterprise to the edge.

01

The apprenticeship

I learned enterprise technology from the inside: Spark, Telstra, then Google Cloud Australia and New Zealand. I led teams, worked with financial services and fintech organisations, and helped leaders make consequential technology decisions before AI became the only conversation in the room.

02

Founding Possibl

In 2023 I left to build the kind of AI practice I wanted clients to be able to hire: vendor-agnostic, architecture-first and answerable to the outcome. Possibl has grown entirely through referrals, with no marketing spend.

03

Why we built RCRT

Every engagement kept hitting the same orchestration wall. RCRT is the infrastructure response: an orchestration and context runtime, a Business Intelligence Runtime designed to make many systems, models and agents useful together.

04

Two companies, four countries, one life

I run Possibl and RCRT across New Zealand, Australia and Singapore, backed by an AI engineering Centre of Excellence in India and Sri Lanka. I am also a parent. I talk about the whole life because pretending it is separate from the work helps no one.

§ Work with me

Let's talk.

Tell me what you're trying to do. I'll tell you if I'm the right person — and if I'm not, I'll point you to someone better.
